Follow safe work practices and procedures

Operate in a safe condition which includes verification that all safety devices are in place and functioning

Utilize Stop Work Authority, document stops as soon as hazards are mitigated

Report any unsafe conditions, acts, or incidents immediately to a manager

Involve the right people in decisions involving changes to procedures or equipment

Communicate observations and ideas that could contribute to Lochend’s drive for continuous improvement
